SHIPPING POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please read the following carefully. Should you need clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us

 

  1. We ship from Singapore or Guangzhou, China.

  2. We process all orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  3. Long lead-time/Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days on arrival of stock.

  4. Successfully placed order will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam mail box or contact us for confirmation.

  5. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@beatechnik.com

  6. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped

  7. Please review and ensure that vou have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

  8. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BEATECHNIK Pte Ltd (Singapore) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Please reach out to us if your country is not listed above. We will work with you on the shipping related matter.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We ship Fedex/DHL/UPS/Postal Service by air with tracking. Shipping usually takes about 7-10days to arrive in most cases. However, it is subjected to courier capacity, as well as customs clearance.

Our logistics team will keep you informed of the shipping status & update timely via email to ensure smooth delivery process.

IMPORTANT NOTES

We run an honest direct sales business, and strive to keep the cost low with a lean business model. As reflected on the price of the items, we effectively pass down the saving to you, our customer, with a high price/performance ratio product that punches way above its asking price. This model has been working very well and appreciated by vast majority of our customers.

 

Regrettably, due to the above, we do not support return / refund of any product.

The back/fort shipping fee, customs issue, etc, pose big challenges. We hope for your kind consideration and understanding.

Our products are covered with warranty, we will be here for you should you need help.

ORDER CANCELLATION

For the initial 48 hours from the order placement date, cancelling a preorder or a product with a long lead-time is free of charge. After this period, a cancellation fee of 4.5% may be incurred.

Once the order has been processed and shipped, it becomes non-cancellable.
